Today’s Bacon | Charlotte

by Joe

I had been overseas for a week and the weather was really wintery before I left. It was such a joy to come home to what felt like spring, with blue skies and all the flowers starting to bloom. I wanted to use a really shallow depth of field (DOF) to give a more dreamy quality to the shot, combined with the soft colours of the daffodils.
This photo was taken with an Aperture of f/1.4 which gave it a beautiful DOF.
Charlotte is a photographer from London. Thank you for sharing.

Ahh this photo makes me happy and sad at the same time! Happy to see just a chilled out piece and sad because it is not warm here yet!
